MY PHILOSOPHY

You Deserve To Be Happy

"Lagom är bäst" is a Swedish proverb which literally means ‘the right amount is best’. I think that is the right attitude towards having a healthy lifestyle. So, if you are moderating your eating, sleeping and training etc, then it is easier to find a happy zone while you enjoy your life. Let me show you how it being ‘Lagom’ can help your life.

It is important to invest in your body and mind wellness. In return you can be a better version of yourself and simply be a happier, more energetic person. Once you are happy you can then share that happiness with your loved ones and others around you. You would simply enjoy the small things in life much more when you are generally feeling good.

PERSONAL TRAINER

I can help you to get started with the training, create a routine and set goals. No matter your goals are big or small. I love to see other people succeed, develop and reach their True potential ! The happiness that you get to experience as a Personal Trainer, when someone achieves their goal, is a big reason why I work as a Personal Trainer.

GROUP TRAINING INSTRUCTOR

I have been working as a group training instructor for more than a decade now. It is always easier for most of us to find extra energy and motivation when we are training in a group, and I make sure you are training safe but most importantly having lots of fun. I hold different classes such as Core, Boxing, TRX, Kettlebell, functional training, mobility etc.

MASSAGE THERAPIST

I can do three different types of massage and each one has its own benefits. Swedish classic massage, sport massage and relaxation.
Treating my Clients by using touch to manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues of the body to relieve pain, help heal injuries, improve circulation, relive stress, increase relaxation and aid in general wellness of clients.

HEALTH COACH

As a health coach I will inspire and show people how to keep a healthy lifestyle and prevent diseases or injuries that can be avoided by creating and maintaining good and healthy routine. Diet, stress management and exercise are the main discussion topics which you and I will go through. The goal is to create a sustainable plan that suits your specific needs and working schedule.
